Annual Night Out 2024. Join us for the 41st annual national night out in portsmouth. National night out is an annual event designed to strengthen our community by encouraging neighborhoods to build stronger relationships with each other and with their local public safety and city officials.
2024 nno block party locations. National night out will feature thousands of block parties, cookouts, parades, potlucks, festivals, ice cream socials, neighborhood visits by first responders, flashlight walks.
